Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under the provisions of Article 45 paragraph 2 (Matters to be Described in Business Manual) of the Law shall be those listed below:
(1)Matters concerning development, management and transfer of green-belt and other buffer zones under subparagraph 1 of Article 44 paragraph 1 (Business to be Conducted by Organization) of the Law;
(2)Matters concerning development, management and transfer of land under the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 1 subparagraph 2 of the Law;
(3)Matters concerning business as listed in subparagraph 1 or 2 of Article 44 paragraph 1 of the Law to be conducted by the entrust of the provider of the airport or local public body;
(4)Matters concerning the development, maintenance and transfer of land and the acquisition, management and transfer of housing, etc. under the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 1 subparagraph 4 of the Law;
(5)Matters concerning business relating to compenzation for loss and purchasing of land under the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 1 subparagraph 6 of the Law;
(6)Other matters necessary for the business of the Organization.
(Identification Card for Personnel Involved in Entry Inspection)
Article 13. The form of identification card under the provisions of Article 60 paragraph 2 (identification card, etc. of personnel) of the Law shall be as shown on the attached form.
(Application accordingly, to the Regulations of the Real Estate Registration Law)
Article 14. The provisions of Article 42 paragraph 5 (exception of application of procedures to government and public officials in the case where a nominal person for registration makes application for registration as an obligatory person for registration) of the Regulations of the Real Estate Registration Law (Ordinance No. 11 of the Ministry of Justice, 1899)shall apply accordingly to the provisions of the same paragraph, regarding the Organization as a national administrative agency.
